TEMPORARY MORATORIUM
Mendon City Council voted February 9th, 2017 to extend the Temporary Land Use Restriction (Building Moratorium) for a period of 6 months. The moratorium expires August 9th, 2017, unless extended by resolution. See 2017-02 Moratorium Extension or details. Further discussion on the moratorium will be held at the city council meeting to be held July 13th, 2017.

Accessory Buildings/Garages/other exterior structures
Approval for accessory structures shall be obtained from the Planning Commission prior to application for building permit.  Please contact Jill Pack, P&Z Secretary at pandz@mendoncity.org to be added to the next available P&Z meeting agenda and for required documents and/or fees. P&Z meetings are held each 2nd Wednesday at 7:30 PM.
